Murmur Picrew OC Pics (part 2) + Vague OC Introductions

 Hi, I'm back with the rest of them. It's been another week. I've been busy. Well, I'm here now. 

I don't feel like rambling, so I'll just get into it.

First character of the post is Dawn. Here she is. 

Haha, she sure is a flower girl. Look at all those flowers. Pretty~ Nature~ <3

I swear, I nearly cry every time I think about Dawn with flower crowns. Ok not exactly since it depends on the context. But it really can make me emotional. 

I forgot why I included that cat except it fits well with the color scheme. Or perhaps Dawn befriends a cat one day. It's a mystery. 

Or maybe the cat is just there because I love cats. I'm a cat lover, what else is new. (...)

Here's Ryen. I'm not sure what else I can say.

I like his outfit here. Those raindrops.. such a nice pattern. I like it. 

I think he looks pretty cute. Help, I don't know what's happening to me. 

Oh yeah, he's also aro. That's just how it is. His aromanticism differs from Dylan's and Stella's. They're all different. And mine as well. Everyone is unique. No one is exactly the same. 

I designed him with a beard, and yet he looks so much younger than some of my other OCs I designed on this Picrew. Huh.

Here's Jack / ja boi / J___ (can fill in the blank with several male names that start with J, there's a lot to choose from). And yes, I'm putting him before Fierdan on purpose. I have my reasons... >:')

I forgot why there's a black cat. Maybe it's another random black cat, maybe it's Elias's.. who knows. I also just really like black cats (how they look, their cultural significance or their symbolism, etc., it all interests me). Jack simply walks to walk outside at night in a city with a cat on his shoulders. Let them be.

Like I mentioned last time, here is another case of Jack having little black hearts on his face. It is just makeup, not actually the face tattoos he has. Those look different. I also included blue eyeliner since I can imagine him wearing makeup occasionally. He also breaks out (acne) pretty often, so he probably wears makeup to cover it up too. It's one reason (out of many) why he thinks he's ugly and needs to cover himself up to look acceptable. I like how acne is an option on this Picrew. It makes this feel more like him. 

Those earrings.. iconic. One's a spade and the other's a heart. I love that. 

And of course, I can't ignore all the rainbow. Like damn, we get it. You're gay af, Jack. Lmao. I just really like the rainbow sparkles option and that shirt. I want both. Ok, ok. Anyway, I feel like there's some irony every time I design him on Picrews because like.. look at him. So many rainbows, lots of gay pride. But with his character history and personality, he's way more covert and doesn't like being so openly proud about his sexuality to strangers. His past isn't sunshine and rainbows, let's say. He's really only comfortable with his friends and close aquaintances knowing. He wasn't exactly safe to come out and show his pride in his past.. well, in a healthy, non-coercive way. Well, that's definitely true for the daytime since there's more flexibility in the nighttime with certain nighttime activities.. mm. Locations and time of day matter.

Here's Fierdan. Yes, it's him. And yes, he's my first character I designed on this Picrew. Obviously.

He's wearing makeup. Why? Because he felt like wearing it, that's why. I can imagine him sometimes wearing black or red lipstick. Like hot damn, that is a look. *stares* ... I don't know if he cried and his mascara is dripping, or he intentionally had his eye makeup look like that (to emphasize that he's emo and edgy lmao). 

Those gold sword earrings. I have no idea why I think he looks great with sword earrings, but I'm here for it. The gold sparkles are only there since they match the earrings. More yellow/gold, both are shiny.. so yeah.

And like I said last time, the devil horns are back. I like adding them to him because he's such a devil. He's like a demon. At some points, he pretty much is a demon and it's more than just a metaphor (*cough* that whole Duke thing *cough*). But also, he's done very cruel and evil things. He's messed up. Extremely. ... again, what else is new. The black wings are supposed to be like his black fire wings. He doesn't really display them anymore because of the trauma attached to them, but also.. they just look so cool and they go well with the black devil horns in this picture. 

Oh yeah. This was another Picrew where I made my characters wear pride pins. Pride month celebrations again? I don't know. Would Fierdan ever actually wear a bi pin? I doubt it, so every time I include them in Picrews or other art of him, it's for fun. That's it really. The same goes for most of my characters, I think. 

Anyway, the reason I included him here is so right afterwards, I can show my next character. I think they go well together. I like looking at both images next to each other.

Bi solidarity. And look, they're matching. Well, kind of. 

!! Major spoilers here. Proceed with caution. !! ... Ugh, shut up. Let me say what I want to say. Geez. *proceeds to shut off that part of my brain* Anyway! 

Who is this? Well, I haven't decided on a name for her yet. I doubt I will for a long time. It's not high on my list of priorities, even just for my OC stuff. Why? Well, she simply doesn't get introduced until much, much later. I bet this is the first time I'm ever talking about her. 

The only thing I really know about her is that she has curly brown hair, maybe with highlights, has brown eyes, has tan skin, likes wearing black and fishnets, has a couple of piercings, and is bisexual. Not much, I know. There's other stuff too, but that means I have to bring Fierdan into it. And that's because she first gets introduced as a woman who Fierdan meets at a night club, probably at the bar but I'm not that sure. 

!! Adult mature R rat rated, aaaahhhhh !! I mean.. uh.. screw it, here goes nothing. Mentions of sexual content for the rest of this part. 

It's not going to happen in the Confessions skit story, but there comes a time when Jack and Fierdan really do break up. Their relationship really does end at some point. And this happens when it's a more serious, actual break up. They go their separate ways and find other people. 

Ok so, what does this have to do with her? Well, Fierdan hates being alone, especially spending nights all by himself, and he doesn't exactly make healthy decisions. And he has two main coping skills: drugs (drinking alcohol by far the most often) and sex. When he and Jack aren't together anymore, his mental health is already damaged and it somehow gets worse. He's like a borderline alcoholic. He spends most of his time at bars and frequently visits night clubs in the late hours. Fierdan hooks up with lots of people and at one point, he sleeps with a different person each night. One day with someone, the next with someone else. That kind of behavior. The sex is just an attempt to fill the chronic emptiness and fear of loneliness and abandonment he has. 

Ok, but what about her? Ok so, I'm not sure the number of people that Fierdan does this with. I doubt she's the first person or first woman.. basically, he's been doing this for a while (days? weeks? months?). And with her, it's the same as with the other men and women he has sex with, no emotions attached, just together for the sex. She starts off as a chick he meets at a club and has a one night stand with. Not friends, not romantic partners, only sexual partners. 

However, that's not only the case. It doesn't stay that way. There's a reason why I bring a face and appearance to her despite Fierdan hooking up and having one night stands with many other men and women. And it's because they eventually (how much later and how does it happen, I can't say) become romantic partners. And their relationship doesn't last forever either. So when they're no longer boyfriend and girlfriend, they stay as good friends. They grow emotionally close as well as physically close. It's pretty sweet. 

As for their pictures here, I imagine it happening when they're together in some way (only sexually or romantically as well, not sure). The red lipstick, the same smirk, both out at night, the kiss/lipstick mark on her cheek... haha yes (hhhhhhhhh *blushes*).

They originally planned on only having sex that one night, but they kept running into each other, shit happens, and they do sexual activities together at least a few more times before they become romantic partners. It happens after Fierdan grows out of his phase of refusing to grow attached to anyone else, which resulted in him having sex with a different stranger each night. 

She's more than just Fierdan's partner. She has a personality. She's actually very cool. She helps Fierdan in ways that the other characters couldn't or failed. Like, she brings another perspective to the table. And she also kind of helps him and Jack get together again. But that's not all. I think she's friends with Red (again, that's not her actual name). I can just see them being friends. And Ryen and Fierdan have no idea. I think it's a little funny. Also, Red isn't a nerd. She has two sides to her. Eh, things will get introduced in the next Confessions skit anyway.

I'm tired, so I'm ending this part here. That's all. There's my vague character introduction to her.

Time for the last two characters I designed on this Picrew: the twins!

Yeah, that skit was just a random silly little thing. It doesn't even fit any skit story canon. I only wrote it since I haven't written a skit in ages and was getting used to the writing process again. 

I have another post idea in mind where I'll dive more into skit stuff, so I'll leave all that for that post. 

For these pictures, the first is of Random Girl/Redacted and the second is of Other Random Girl. 

*breathes in, breathes out* Lesbian twins with their pet cat! Aaaahhh!! Yippee!! 

I still don't know their names. Yes, there is a pattern. I am terrible at deciding on names. 

Their personalities and preferences in women are very different, but they are both very skillful at their tasks and using their special powers/abilities. They also can look exactly the same very easily (being twins and all), so it's common for other people to mistake one twin for the other. It has its benefits, but the second twin (in picture order) still wishes that she could cut her hair and make it look different from her twin's. 

I designed their hair differently to help show their different personalities and how they dress when they can appear as two different people instead of creating the illusion that there's only one person. 

The first twin is more quiet, soft-spoken, and traditionally feminine. The second twin is much more of a tomboy and likes labeling herself as queer in addition to lesbian, possibly due to her gender identity. She's a feminine-presenting nonbinary or genderqueer person who doesn't really care about which pronouns you use for her (has no preference), but she mainly goes by she/they pronouns. 

As for the first twin, she wears earplugs or earbuds pretty much at all times. She has her reasons. It would be a nightmare if she didn't, especially with the rest of my characters around (Fierdan the most probably omg). Having her ears covered makes things just a little easier for her to handle. They help filter things out. 

Their ages are either 16, 20, or anything between those two numbers. I'm not sure yet. It's that age range.

And like Jack said in that silly skit, their powers are more psychological than physical. Like how his is. Ok whatever, I'll just say it now in simple terms without going deep into it.

Twin 1 has the power of telepathy. She's mainly a mind reader since she usually doesn't communicate telepathically with others, except maybe her twin. In other skits, she communicates telepathically with Dylan. 

Twin 2 has the power of clairvoyance. She can choose to perceive events a few seconds in the future before they happen. She has to choose and decide to do it. She might also have the power of telekinesis, but I'm not sure. 

So with those two powers, it's no surprise that they stay very quiet and successful. Oh and they avoid or at least don't spend much time with the others. They're just not interested. 

They're very cool. That's basically it.

Pride Month OC Outfits + Vague OC Introductions

Oh. It's July now. For a week already. 

Oops, my bad. I've been busy, busier than I initially anticipated. I know Pride Month (June) ended, but I still feel like showing two Picrews that I used to design my characters on that make me think of what they'll wear to celebrate Pride. And myself as well. 

Regarding the post title, OC means original characters. In this case, it's plural. Multiple characters. I have so many original characters. 

Do I know all their names? Nah. But do they exist? Definitely. (I'm awful at deciding on names, haha. It's bad.) 

Of course, I'm not showing pictures of all my characters in this post. I'm just showing the ones that I've been thinking about the most.. at least when I designed them on the Picrew. A few of them are characters that I never did this for before, so this will be the first time their appearances are revealed. 

I designed my characters on the first Picrew I'll mention here on *checks phone* March to April 2023. The versions I made of myself that I'll share this time.. well, I designed those in February (so around a month before then). 

I'm not doing this in chronological order or whatever. The second Picrew I'll be showing for this post.. I designed my characters on it in September 2022. And I designed myself on it way back in April 2022. 

So yeah, it's been quite a while. Several months. :')

Since I intended on including these images in the previous post, I feel obligated to repeat some of what I said then. 

"This blogger and blog is queer!! 🌈😈" ... and many of my characters. lots are. 

Just because they don't all display pride flags doesn't mean they're all cis and straight. fyi~

Here's Jack. J___, ja boi, and countless other names. He's stuck on 'Jack' for the.. when the events happen. It's the most relevant. Context will be revealed in a skit post at some point. 

"Be Gay. Do Crime." classic saying lmao. It's a joke.. probably. Jack did commit crimes though. >:) ... + gay frog. heh, heh. :3

Pride flags: big pin is the gay man (gay mlm) flag, small pin is the progress pride flag (one of the flags for the whole LGBTQ+ community). 

Multiple hair colors can't be done on this Picrew, so that's why I made him wear a white visor. He would probably wear one anyway. It fits his style (whatever it's supposed to be lol). 

Jack has lots of piercings and tattoos. Of course, the tattoo options available on the Picrew are different from the tattoos he has. But this option was the closest I had to how I envision him. Because he has lots of tattoos on both arms and legs, the area between his collarbone and torso, and his back. Oh and face tattoos, but that's one design that's tiny and outside both eyes (lower outer corner). When I design him on a Picrew, I usually make the tattoos/makeup be small black hearts, but his face tattoos aren't hearts. I can totally see him having the hearts drawn on his face, just as makeup. And yes, he sometimes wear makeup too. As for piercings, he has multiple ear piercings (they're pierced all over basically), an eyebrow piercing (left side), nose/septum piercings, and possibly more (like snake bites) though I'm not sure. And I added the rings since I think they fit his fashion vibe as well, so why not. Basically, Jack has a certain look to him. Many people think he's intimidating just from how they judge his appearance. He's also tall (not tall tall, but compared to me, he is lmao).

Ok, ok. That was pretty long. I won't do this for all the pictures. I said so much for each character in the last post anyway.

Here's Dylan. Dyl. Yeah, I don't have other nicknames for him, so that's it. 

This boy sure likes light blue, haha. :')

Pride flags: big pin is the transgender flag, small pin is the aromantic flag. And when I saw the trans flag colored bandana, I just had to make him wear it. 

That plus the shirt and jacket.. I can easily picture Dylan wearing this outfit. He also likes beanies, so he's wearing one. 

Dylan has a few tattoos as well. He probably doesn't have a tattoo like the one shown here, but I also think it kinda fits him. So.. hmm. 

He can manipulate water since that's his Elemental Power. As you can see (lol). It works different from how it works with fire (how Fierdan and Stella use their fires). They're not the same. Each element and power is unique.

Here's Stella. Twinkle. The person I call my "main main character" lmao. 

She doesn't have bright light blue hair like Dylan does, so I let her have her original hair color before the transformation. I added the cap since I feel weird designing her with no blue in her hair at all (or at least that general area). I also like this hairstyle I gave her. I can see her with it. Towards the end of story 1 she cuts it so it looks like a messy pixie cut, but hair grows out of course, and I'm stuck imagining my characters at the midpoint of story 2 or later these days. 

She likes wearing loose-fitting clothing. The colors remind me of her for some reason. 

I added the wings because they're blue and vaguely reminded me of her blue ice-fire wings. I miss seeing them. She has no reason to show them lately though.

Here's Dawn. :)

For the first few days and weeks after I designed her on here, I've been obsessed with how she came out. Just look at her! I think she's so pretty. I love this picture. <3

The hair (the style and the color) satisfies me so much. I think the outfit is cute, and I can see her wearing it. The necklace and staff are probably just for fun. I just like how they look with her. 

Why strawberries? Why not? Plus they add more pink to the picture. Why the golden nails? Why not? They go with her earrings.

The tiny plants sprouting from her head look cute too, haha. Dawn vibes~ :')

Here's Fierdan. Obviously. He's the first OC I made on this Picrew. Because of course it is. 

I don't know why I made him and Ryen have side burns lmao. They're just there, I guess. Whatever. I think his hair looks generally accurate.

The clothes are giving Cincernum vibes. But his attitude here is for the most part very different from his in Cincernum. It's the messy and loose-fitting black clothing. The vibes, it's the vibes. 

The devil horns headband is there because he's such a devil. Yeah, devil vibes for sure. The black spiked choker is there because of course he has one (and he's edgy emo punk man lmao). He occasionally wears black nail polish, and having long sharp nails that could look like claws fits his vibe too. What is Fierdan's fashion sense unless to look edgy or sexy? I mean, he wears other clothes too, but designing him in these kinds of outfits is more fun. He.. hehe. >:)

Pride flag: bisexual flag. Since, well, he's bi disaster man. <3

Here's Ryen. 

I like how he came out from the face to the hair to the outfit. A black button-down shirt that slowly got unbuttoned at top over the length of a long day, what looks like a white lab coat, dark pants.. it fits him. He wears this kind of outfit. 

Sometimes he has a beard, sometimes he has stubble, sometimes he's clean-shaven. It all depends on how he's feeling, if he wants to shave or not. 

Pride flag: small pin is the aromantic flag. 

I added the rings and bracelets because they look cool. Possibly a hint towards the black ace (asexual) ring thing. Maybe. Just putting it out there. Hmm.

I saw this sweater as an option, and it just screamed Brock to me, so of course he's wearing it. I don't know why ugly patterns and shades of brown and green remind me of him so much, but they do lmao. 

There's a silly frog on top of his head. :3

I can imagine him with a beard/stubble too. He's a man. He grew up over the years in my skits. 

What is he checking on his phone? Who knows, it's a mystery. Let him have his privacy. Geez. 

And lastly, his hair. Yes, it's fluffy hair time. It's supposed to look fluffy. That's how it is.

She's Ryen's friend. She helps him out a lot. The other characters too, but she's definitely the closest with Ryen.

Just me listening to music on my headphones while outside, I suppose.

Oh, before I forget. I'm not sure why they have cats and dogs. Sometimes my characters need a furry friend. Maybe some of them take care of cats and/or dogs.. idk. Dylan has a frog, Ardere has a butterfly, and Finny has a bird chick in this Picrew. Why? No idea. The animals are just there. They're cute and bring out certain vibes in my characters. Yeah idk how to explain my reasoning. Just go with it. 

Not doing this in chronological order either. Nah. I'm only showing each OC in the order I feel like it being in. Not for any particular reason. It's all good fun. :)

Here's Sabrina (Sabby). Or Sparkle. It's her. 

I prefer how I designed her on the Picrew I showed in the last post. That looks more like her. 

In this one, I guess I made her have her hair dyed pink with highlights. Eh, it still looks cute and stylish. It still fits her sense of fashion. 

But looking at this, oh wow, it's so pink. I like how the flowers match her hair at least. 

Heart-shaped glasses. Haha nice. 

I want that shirt too. I like how it matches the background. Well, kind of. I forgot what I was thinking when I designed this since it's been so long. And of course, the sparkles. White sparkles this time. I called her Sparkle for such a long time. I obviously had to include them.

Her favorite color is red. Probably. That would make sense. 

Her name isn't Red, I swear. It's not Ruby either. She's a little upset at me for not deciding on her real name yet. She thinks 'Red' is such a non-creative nickname. She's disappointed in me lmao.

Uses they/them pronouns. 

I showed them on the blog before, I'm pretty sure. Well, it's been a while. I need to develop their character more. They're still a stranger to me. 

The pride flag on their pin is the nonbinary flag. I also think purple, black, and yellow are colors that they wear often. I just love how they look, ok. 

The yellow sparkles, the sun and moon earrings.. I love the look. 

They're gonna make an appearance or at least be mentioned in the next Confessions skit. Like yes, they exist! 

I think Elias would end up being friends or taking care of a black cat, so that's why it's there. It looks cute.

It'll take me a little longer to introduce the new characters anyway. Vague and brief introduction, but I have introductions nonetheless. They deserve them. Context is needed. Yes.

I also took a while to make this post because I was busy planning Confessions 9. That part is painful. It leaves an ache in my heart. Why? I can't say. It's gonna be a surprise. It's the busiest part by far. That's all I'll reveal about it in advance. Oh yeah. There's heavy content. More than the previous parts, I think. 

Well, I'm sleepy. I'm ready to go to bed now. Creating posts takes more effort than I thought. Maybe I shouldn't keep starting posts late at night. But will I stop? Nah.

Windswept Fantasy Picrew (June 2023)

Hi, I'm finally here with the Picrew post. Yippee! :D

I feel like I haven't posted images of what my characters look like in a long time.

(I'm too lazy to do my own art, ok shh. Besides, I think I don't give my characters justice since I think I draw them ugly and inaccurate anyway lmao—)

I've been telling myself to post this before June ends (aka Pride Month), so I'm here rapidly typing away on my laptop keyboard on a night on the last few days left in this month. Procrastination is my specialty. *internally screams (whatever that means)* :')

Anyway, a few more notes before I begin showing the pictures...

Well, this is no surprise. I've been here for years. I've been writing and planning for years. Sure, I might be more open and explicit about certain things, but like, all this not-being-cishet stuff didn't suddenly pop up this year. 

*shoves my paranoia creeping up on me into the corner, under my dirty laundry* :-) 

Back to talking Picrew, how I designed my characters on the one I'll be showing today probably influenced me the most while writing the recent Confessions skits. I just really, really like how I designed my characters on it. Ignoring some of the details (*cough* fantastical stuff *cough*), these pictures of them feel like the closest I've gotten my characters to look, well, outside of just being in my head.

Just like how I used to, I'll insert the link first and then show the images. Of course and as always, it's not my art, I never claimed it was/is, I'm just designing myself and my characters on the Picrew for fun.

Before showing some of my characters, I'll show how I designed myself on it. I like designing me on these things as well, after all. It's fun. :)

I forgot if I ever talked about it on here, but I love dragons. And so, of course I was going to add a little dragon friend to accompany windswept fantasy Picrew me. 

Obviously. Like, come on, that's a given. lol  

I made this back in early March before I got my haircut in May for my birthday (my hair was long before that happened), but the hair pretty much looks like how it looks now. The thick and curly (naturally as straight as my sexuality lmao (aka it clearly isn't)) hair, the hair in the face.. it looks like me and I like that. Ok, that's all. <3

Wait. One other thing. I also really want that outfit. That shirt, that jacket.. gimme. I want them.

Jack! My ja boi! Him! !!!

I don't know why, but this particular picture of him makes me so happy for some reason..? Like, I don't even know. It just does. 

Ignoring that his eyes don't look as blue-gray as I visualize them, I forgot why I made him wear a vest (cool design but why did I choose that as his outfit? idk lol), and gave him a random pair of earrings I like and which match that outfit... I really like how he turned out. 

Ok, ok. I love the hair. It might be the closest to how I visualize it that I've been able to achieve from using a Picrew. The shape, the length, the few white streaks in those places.. just yes. Yes. <3

As for the cards, that's just his vibe. Playing cards, card games. 2 of Hearts, how romantic (ok not really but shh). I think it would feel more iconic if he was holding up a jack card, but oh well, this is good enough. 

I also like his face shape in this one. Makes me think "Yeah, that's my Jack OC. That's ja boi, alright."

Dylan! He/Him. !!!

I didn't plan on making him have white hair, but they don't have the colors I usually associate with him as hair color options in this Picrew. That's fine since I actually really like how he looks with white hair here. 

He's supposed to have light, bright blue eyes. I wouldn't call them pale blue. Eh, I tried my best. 

Also, he's not supposed to be angry. His face is supposed to look neutral, a neutral facial expression. I feel like he doesn't smile that often when his picture is taken or when he takes selfies. As for the eyebrows, I think they fit him. Don't ask, idk why lol, they just do. 

Oh and I think he looks more masculine in this picture compared to most other times I designed him on a Picrew. That's probably a result of me thinking and fleshing out his character more. I've been thinking about him a lot lately. 

Yes, I know, another male character I'm obsessed with. Pfft. Ok but I'm obsessed with some of my female characters too. Like, gosh dang, they're pretty and occasionally my head gets full of gay thoughts like "women <3 mm." (idk what I'm even saying lmao. Basically, I think that my adult female characters are also beautiful/hot/gorgeous. It's not exclusive to men, even though I write about my male characters much more often.)

Fierdan! Fire Dan! Danny boy! !!!

I feel like the outfit I chose for him fits him well. Why the sword earring? I mean, why the hell not? It looks very cool. Why the gold dragon? I'm not exactly sure, maybe because it goes with the outfit. Or maybe because dragons are known to breathe fire (not all, of course) and he's fire man. *shrugs* idk lol, just roll with it. 

I like how his hair looks here. I imagine it being mostly straight, but it can also look wavy sometimes. I think it looks cute. ^-^

Unsurprisingly, I designed Fierdan before my other characters. I made all of them during this month though. 

He's the only male I designed with lips (colored lips?) because he's special. <3 Ok well, more like I didn't like that mouth option without the lips. It didn't feel right. I think I have a thing for designing him with his tongue sticking out like that. I don't know why. To show him being obnoxious and seductive (what's his personality besides that and depression and rage? uh lmao-)? Anyway, I like how the teeth look too. Sharp. Oh, hello there. *blushes (silly tone but also uwu)*

Before I move on, I'm going to briefly talk about height. 

Ok so, most of my adult male characters are nearly 6 feet tall or taller. Except two (that I know for sure): Dylan and Fierdan. Dylan is around 5'6" so, let's say, Jack (who is around 5'11") teases Dylan by calling him short because he's around half a foot shorter. Is Dylan shorter because he isn't a cis guy? Well, yeah. 

Fierdan is honestly just being petty whenever he calls Dylan short since he's only a few inches taller than him, and he's shorter than Jack and his brother. Fierdan is around 5'9" for context. I'm saying "around" since those heights might not be exactly accurate. They probably are, but there's a slight chance that they might not be. Anyway yeah, Fierdan is smaller than Jack, haha. In height but weight too. I wouldn't call Fierdan too skinny where it looks concerning, but he's definitely thinner than Jack (I imagine Jack having more muscle tone, like more muscle mass, that kind of thing). So maybe Fierdan isn't that intimidating physically, hahaha.

Ryen! Ry Ry! Rye bread! *imagines Ryen glaring at me* Alright, fine. It's Ryen. 

You know, that dude. Fierdan's brother. Him. He's the older and taller brother, which I feel might be weird, but oh well. That's just how they are. 

I feel like Ryen holding a pen fits him. Why? I don't know, man. What else..? Oh, his outfit! I really like it. I think it looks excellent on him. I also want to steal it for myself. *laughs evilly (silly tone)* >:)

I also really like his hair. I visualize Ryen's hair as more wavy than Fierdan's. More curls, more oomf (texture/volume) to it. 

And I like how his face appears in this image. He doesn't look angry or fed up for once. He mostly just feels tired and done with the other characters' drama and other crap. Guys, I have to admit it. I think Ryen looks cute here. I usually don't associate him with looking cute, but I just think he is in this one picture.

Dawn! She! My best nature and healer girl! I love! <3

Of course I associate plants with her. And green. She's Dawn. It just makes sense. Yes, she's not associated with the sun or light, but she's Dawn. That's just who she is. Her name still has lots of meaning and makes lots of sense. Ok, ok, ok. 

I'm not sure how obvious it is, but her face is supposed to be more round than most of the other characters. She has a round, fuller face. She's also not like a skinny twig like some of my other characters (*glances at Fierdan and Stella*) lmao.

And their (Ryen, Fierdan, and Dawn's) mother, C. Yeah, it's C. 

She's.. mm.. problematic. Not the best mom by far. Pretty questionable. She also wrote all those Books of C. There are several volumes. What are they even about? Haha, like I'd reveal that now. Which.. no. I'm not. 

I like the effects I put on her face (near the eyes) and the shadow over the top half of her face. It makes her look old, which yeah, she would be older than the other characters. She's dead by the time her children are in their 20s, but like, she lived past her 20s. So yeah. 

She's supposed to look hauntingly/extremely beautiful (why I designed her a certain way on Picrews in the past), but I like how I was able to show her looking more aged in this one. 

As for her outfit, I associate purple (usually darker shades), black, and gold with her. I think that cape or whatever it's called suits her. C. would have worn that, something like it. And she can have a little black dragon friend because why not. It fits how I see her.. kind of, very vaguely.

Sabrina! Sparkle! Sabby? lol *shrugs*

My girly, very pretty young woman character. She! <3

I actually really like and appreciate her character development. (Not talking about all the skits I've written) She's supposed to not be likable for a long time, but my plans for her involve her growing a ton, and.. I respect her so much. She's a character that I can't see my personality traits in, so I can't empathize with her as much as most of my other characters, but I still like her a lot. At first, I only created her to be an obnoxious pink-obsessed bitch, and it took me a while to realize that it's stupid for her to be a one-dimensional very feminine "mean girl" character, but now I see her as so much more. She's way more than just that, I swear, it just takes a while for her to realize and unlearn some things. *glances at the first half of the Confessions 8 skit* Well, that's a starting point. I haven't really written about Sabrina (Sparkle) seriously in the main story context before. 

Anyway, about this particular image of her. I really like that shirt. It reminds me a little of this cute top I have. :3

And her hair. I love it. The color, the waves.. beautiful. <3 

Pink flowers for her because why not. Fits her vibe, her aesthetic. Oh and I added pink petals (wondering if they're supposed to be cherry blossoms) to be extra. ^-^

Ardere! Ardie! My golden sunshine lightning boy! :')

I just had to design him because this hair option reminds me a lot of his hair color. I also like how I made his hair look (messy and vaguely spiky). Like, that's him. This is my boy! Yes, yes, yes! <3

And yes, he does have golden eyes too. So golden. Go shine, my boy. 

Now why does he have a gold dragon? Because of the color, obviously. Well, also because I feel like he'd befriend dragons if he could. 

One last thing. I sometimes want to design Ardere wearing formal/fancy/royalty clothes, but I never did/do. I keep making him only wear casual, everyday clothes. I mean, it fits his personality and vibes better, but also I am sighing at myself. You don't understand, of course you don't, it's okay. This is fine.

Well, that took a long time for me to type. I didn't expect it to take this long. I initially planned on adding another Picrew or two for this post, but now I'm thinking "Nah, this post is long enough as it is." So there's that. 

No, I didn't design Stella on this Picrew. It doesn't have her hair color, not even her before-it-turned-blue hair color, so it would be.. difficult. I just don't think it's worth it to bother over, to even make an attempt. Except if I make her have white hair like what I did with Dylan, but idk. :/

The closest color would be the color I chose for Ardere's hair, but also like, Stella's hair is still a very different color than his. 

I might design other characters, but I'm not sure. I'm considering Brock, Red (her skit name, that's not her actual name lol), and Elias (I haven't written about that character much in general, and I forgot if anyone recognizes that name and appearance tbh). 

But yeah, Elias needs more appreciation. My character development and depth for that character is still very low though. I need to work on that. 

Ok, ok. I'm very tired now. I spent a few hours working on this post with no breaks. The humidity is making my skin feel very sticky and gross, and the tips of my fingers currently feel like they're on fire every time I tap on my keyboard. Like ok, ouch. This does not feel great. Ugh, I should stop. 

Next Picrew post will feature images more suitable for Pride Month (aka there will be pride flags). But will I post it before July begins? Maybe, maybe not. *shrugs*

I will probably insert some of these pictures from this post in future posts to prove my points on things. Yeah, I phrased that vaguely. I know.

Now there are faces to my characters to accompany all my recent skit posts. There are so many, I feel like. Character appearances refresher. Well, kind of. Not for all of them, clearly. 

I always feel like my characters are influencing me whenever I write a skit post. They're definitely affecting things and making me write down certain things. I'm an outsider. It's not just me. It's them, not me, at least not fully, like I don't feel completely conscious and in control but I am but also not. And I feel like I intrude on them in scenes a lot like I'm invading their privacy, but I'm their creator and have everything that makes them be who they are in my head, so of course I'm the one writing it all out. (gibberish, functioning error, brain go brrrrr)

Hi, I'm back to post the rest of them. :)

The rest of my characters I designed on the same Picrew I mentioned in the last post. And then how I designed myself.

Yeah. Without further ado, it's picture time...~

I like this art style. I like how they came out. (in order: Stella, Dylan, Ardere, Dawn, and Ryen)

Dylan has acne from being on HRT (testosterone) because I said so. Ok. And I like how Ardere's freckles look. Oh and the thinking emoji, which I nicknamed the "hmm" emoji, reminds me of Ryen. Because it just does. It fits him well. 

So yeah lmao. There they are. My children. <3

Devils in Ties (Fierdan + Jack Matching Halloween Costumes)

Hi. It is I. :)

Ok so, I decided to design Fierdan and Jack wearing matching outfits for Halloween. Well, they're both dressed as devils and wearing collared shirts with ties. The colors are different; I chose the colors that fit each of them better. 

Anyway, that's how I'm imagining them celebrating Halloween. It's cute. 

...... what's with the alcohol and cigarettes though? guys, stop. *smh*

(By devils, I mean devil horns and devil tail. That's it lol)

I like to imagine them getting their pictures taken in a photo booth like those at parties. The first/left one is of Stella and Dylan when they become friends. I love their friendship/their dynamic.  It's a lot different from Stella's friendship/relationship with Duke (which is on the right/second one, of course). Yeah, that's Duke, not Fierdan. Stella and Duke still had their happy times. They can smile together. It's okay.

Stella and Dylan. My blue powered children. Blue, my beloved color. <3 ... Stella has stars because of course she does. (Remember when I called her Twinkle for several years? Haha, those were the days. 😆😬). ... This was the closest to how I picture Dylan's hair. Unfortunately, it makes him look pretty feminine, which he and I don't like. How unfortunate. Also, Dylan is around a year older than Stella.

I like designing Picrews with Dylan giving the middle finger. It reminds me of him. Why is he so grumpy? idk lmao, probably because of Fierdan (sorry Fierdan). Fierdan has coffee (let's just hope it's not salty black coffee... *alludes to that old skit*). And, of course, Ryen... (symbolism, symbolism *starts crying inside*). The suit (trying to keep it together and give off an act of professionalism to others). The bottle of poison (being the same as alcohol since alcohol is like poison to Ryen... both deadly, both toxic... *alludes to Ryen's struggles in recovery from alcoholism* god...).

Actually, getting into this on a post with Picrews of my characters could be helpful. Hmm...

Alright, so, these pictures are the up-to-date versions of how I visualize them.

Yep. This is about this broken family. Fierdan, Ryen, Dawn— and C. (their mother).

Yeah, that should be enough. 

So, my point is...

The story universe takes place in a dystopia version of Earth in the distant future. Are the names and labels we use today be used then? Or is this just another world entirely? What is it? I don't know! 

But to explain it, I'll use the terms we use. To make it easier, I guess. 

Anyway, because of their... shitty life circumstances, they never really grew up learning about their family. They don't know about their family tree, their heritage, their ethnicity, their culture... they just don't know. Maybe C knows more than her children... maybe, no certainty in that. In other words, they have no culture. They don't know about any of that stuff. And it's sad. It's sad not knowing.

It's sad that they didn't have any caring adults to teach them and engage them with their... non-white half of their identity. I keep imagining other characters and other people in general just seeing them as white kids or kids with no culture. (idk how to articulate anything, sorry!)

C, Ryen, Fierdan, Dawn— they're all biracial. Here's a breakdown:

C: half white, half (how it is in our world) of East Asian descent.

Dawn: two-thirds white, one-third of East Asian descent. (which country? idk).

And to get to the brothers, I would have to get to Z (their father). Z was also biracial— however, he had some, uh, views aligned with white supremacy and hated the non-white half of himself. He hated how his father (a white man) fell in love with and married a non-white woman. Z erased that half of his identity, only identifying with the white side of himself. But of course, he couldn't just delete the other half. So as he grew older he came up with the idea that his races/ethnicity of himself and his offspring would be the new "superior" or "dominant" version of humans. Messed up fascism rhetoric, perhaps? Z... *sigh*

Z: half white, half (again, based on how it is on our world) of Southeast Asian descent. (from where? again, I have no idea, I just have that general area of the globe in mind. maybe Filipino?).

And so, for Ryen and Fierdan: half white, quarter of East Asian descent, quarter of Southeast Asian descent. 

But they know nothing about those cultures and their ancestral roots. They only start getting interested in learning about their family background beyond their parents (Ryen in particular does a lot of research on Z and C) several years later, probably starting nearly a decade after their ages in stores 1-2. And it's just sad how their parents ruined how they see themselves and their family history because they (Z and C) were such bad people. And of course, that has nothing to do with their racial and cultural identities. It unfortunately distorts how Ryen and Fierdan view themselves and people like them. Yeah, uh, that's another can of worms. So complicated. Why does my brain imagine them like this? I don't know. I just can't see them as simply being white. aaaaahhhhhahha

I used to believe Ryen and Fierdan would also be part of Central or South American descent, but over the years, I couldn't imagine it that way as much. But for some reason, I can imagine Fierdan being able to speak and write in Spanish and Latin. Haha, like the literary and artistic prodigy he would've become if his life was better and he didn't become severely messed up.

So yeah. That's my poorly explained rambling. Felt like I should explicitly say it. Just in case people were wondering "Why do you design them on Picrews looking the way they do?" Well, that's why. It also affects how they sound in my head. I mean how I imagine their voices. Not that much, but it does play a small part. ... Now I'm thinking of Fierdan singing at his heavy metal/rock concert being the famous singer that he deserves to be (what a dream). I love his voice... uh ?? lmao-

Anyway, Dawn is the most white-passing out of them, which makes sense, but she's also biracial. Ok, thanks for coming to my poorly explained TED Talk. <3
