Hi, Jammers! Today's Monday. Which means (on AJ-terms at least) Rare Item Monday. Hooray! :D

So without further ado (for like the first time ever o3o), here's today's rather spooky (hah puns X3) new item!

I think the combination of these vivid colors could make a phantastic (haha puns again XD) Night of the Phantoms outfit! So to you members out there, you could make a nice outfit with this one.

And since this item is a Top Hat, it reminds me of my member Top Hats that I can't wear. Alas, I'm still a nonmember. *cries to Top Hats locked away in inventory: I MISS YOU!!! D':*
