Well, I guess I can say that I officially started therapy.

I had my first session this morning. On Friday. 

Yeah. Ok. 

It wasn’t as bad/stressful as I thought it would be. 

(I typed that sentence a few times already lol ok) 

So yeah. Umm ok. 

Maybe I’ll go into more details later. Or maybe I won’t.
