*throws self in trash*

I'm lame.

*throws self in trash*

......

Now I'm trash! ;D

(Oh, oh! Like that scene in Noragami Aragoto!)

Yeah, I really am trash. XD

Now for that DA thing I feel like posting here. ;)

Mood: Tired, Anxious, Trashy, Lonely, Llama
Listening to: The loud air vent in my room
Reading: Catcher in the Rye (I'm in the middle of doing my LAL homework, gosh darn it Holden questions >:0)
Watching: My eyes burn (jk lol)
Playing: I'm not playing anything, I'm doing my gosh darn LAL homework >:U
Eating: Nothing
Drinking: Nothing

Yes, yes. I'm a sad old Cutepuppy with blue fur that is never happy. It's all lies, man. Lies!

I'm also a llama according to DA.

Like, what emotion does llama even mean? Is it happy llama, sad llama, deranged llama..? ???

Ah, where was I again? Oh right.. why I'm trash! ;D

So anywho... no bull crap kthxbye.

I'm now gonna be serious and maybe even start doing critiques when I comment after I read something you wrote/drew/idk what else do you guys even do? o.o

Because, let's face it. I'm always too nice to all of you. For the most part, I always praise the works you make. But, in most of them, I don't love them 100%.

Honestly, I'm not really an assertive person. Maybe that's why I do that.

So anyway, gonna stop doing this crud and be honest now.

So.. yeah.

Also, stop assuming. Thanks.

Now here's a question I've been meaning to ask for a long time now.

How do you improve a character? Fix a character? In general? So their character isn't so cringe-worthy?

I hate what I've done.

Wow, I'm so negative today. Ha, ha, no.

I seriously need a break.

But I always end up not.

Cruddy self.

Bye.

  1. I wasn't ....trying...to assume anything....I was trying to help you with your story and I didn't. Mean to offend you...

    1. I know you were just trying to help.. oh god I feel miserable.. I really appreciate your help.. idk what I'm doing anymore and I can't do anything right.. people irl assume things (about me) too and it just.. idk anymore. I accept your apology. *crawls to corner and hides* (You aren't the main reason for this, and you didn't cause anything, me feeling this way. Bad. .. ugh idk anymore.)

  2. I have this incredibly long list of things I need to fill out for a character, but the main things you need to find out are the character's role, motivation, strengths, weaknesses and life expirences. Ex (I'm going to use Fridgid because I was just working on him XD):
    Role: The Knight/Leader
    Motivation: Justice
    Life Experiences: *spoilers*
    Strengths: Gallant, Understanding, and Faithful.
Weaknesses: Afriad of being judged, Easily persuaded, and something else I forgot.

Then, explain why the character is its role. Why is that their motivation? Why is that they're strength/weakness? And if you want to go into further detail, find the character's favourite song or their zodiac sign (or birthday).

    1. Ooh, ooh! I really like that planning technique (I REALLY need to work on their strengths and weaknesses, and motivations), so I'm gonna steal it from you! >:D

    2. I stole it from somebody else XD. So technically, we're both criminals.

  3. Nothing wrong being a pessimist. For an instance, me. Haha, really?

You can improve characters by not only having them go through one dilemma. For example, Twinkle is going through her love and her icy powers, but her powers, which should be of a bigger problem, is left out.
Love is an essential need in your story, I won't go too deep there unless I feel... "diligent" for the time being
Anyway, characters- they all have weaknesses. Elaborations. Twists. Pasts.
You have them down, but the problem is, you don't use them! You can complicate their stories that way. Trust me- with that past, I create a whole new series. It hurts when I realise how cruel I am, though.

    1. Wow, it's like you understand, haha.. I'm seriously lacking my characters' weaknesses and motivations- and elaborating on them (seriously, I'm scared I'm making them too "Mary Sue/Gary Stu" >.<). Yeah, it's just hard for me to incorporate in the story itself.. which frustrates me a lot. Thanks for the tips, you two! ^^ :)
